Following the 1 minute sellout of the first 500 Waka Spiritblade NFTs, Splinterlands is looking to kick off their second phase of the sale! The Waka Spiritblade Atomic Hub Sale will go live on Thursday 3/10/22 at 12:00 PM EST (17:00 UTC).

Please note that the official Splinterlands AtomicHub account is named “splintrlands” for anyone looking to ensure that they are on the correct page - this is due to a character limitation in the naming conventions on the platform. As part of the promotion, Loak and Waka Flocka have requested half of the sale to be held on AtomicHub in order to highlight the fashion collectable version of the NFT. For those who are looking for a refresher on the utility of the NFT, a detailed article can be found here.
Pricing of the NFTs will be as follows. Regular foil Waka Spiritblade: $1500 USD equivalent in WAX, Gold foil Waka Spiritblade: $7000 USD equivalent in WAX. For the sale, 480 regular foil and 20 gold foil Waka Spiritblade cards will be minted in-game, and then transferred to Wax. This is necessary so that the cards can be moved back in-game in the future. When the sale starts, Splinterlands will run a script which starts listing the cards for sale in the Splinterlands Atomichub NFT Market.
When the sale starts, we will run a script which starts listing the cards for sale from the “wakasaleacct” account in the Splinterlands Atomichub collection “splintrlands”. The script will randomly choose a card to list until all cards have been listed, so that way the gold foil cards and Atomic Hub mint numbers will be randomly dispersed.
As a reminder, The Waka Spiritblade promo card is a “max level” card. The regular foil will be 11 BCX with 5,775 CP. The gold foil will be 4 BCX with 52,500 CP. It is a Promo Edition card and will be available to use in modern format battles once modern and wild formats are released.
