Introduction

I can't believe it's already September. Anyways I will be writing my battle mage secrets and giving some tips and strategies on the theme for this week super sneak. In this ruleset, all melee units have sneak so basically all melee units not in the first position will be attacking the backline unit since sneak supersedes opportunity strike.

My Strategy & Tips for Super Sneak

In the super sneak ruleset, there are many different strategies. One of the strategy that is commonly used is to force melee and attack the back with units like Jared scar. Another strategy is to focus the front with magic and ranged since these units can attack the frontline. Then there's the counter which is using like thorns in the backline to counter the melee. Arkemis the bear can also be placed in the back with the forcefield to counter jared scar.

Personally, I think death is quite strong in this ruleset with their thorn units. Despite this I have been doing quite well with Immortalis because of the armor break which destroys units like ever hungry skull and dumacke orc which is meta cards in super sneak ruleset.

The Battle

The battle link can be found here. This battle was from a ranked game on my scholar account that I played this morning. A new season just started so this battle was taken place in the gold league. It was a reverse speed and super sneak ruleset with 54 mana. The only elements that can be used were earth, life and death.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner , Immortalis - As mentioned in the tips, I've been having a lot of success with immortalis in this ruleset.

First Position, Mycelic Infantry - I chose Mycelic Infantry because of the 1 speed. It's also one of the best tanks with halving of all types of damage with immortalis.

Second Position, Goblin Psychic - Goblin Psychic was mainly to heal my frontline. It also synergized well with immortalis because of the silence.

Third Position, Goblin Tower - Goblin tower is a beast with 5 damage one speed. It's crucial to have that one speed since it's reverse speed.

Fourth Position, Goblin Tower - Dr Blght is another beast in reverse speed. I placed him in the fourth spot to scavenge up and tank for my runi.

Fifth Position, Runi - Runi is a god tier in reverse speed. It's even better in super sneak because of the thorns I mentioned. People love using thorns and this card is a perfect counter since it has reflection shield.

Last Position, Terraceous Hulk - Honestly, I rarely ever get to use Terraceous Hulk but it's pretty good with these two rulesets combined. It can taunt enemy and has void armor which helped tank a few extra attacks. It's also great since it has 1 speed for the reverse speed.

Analysis of The Battle

I completely wiped the opponent in this battle. I'm not sure why they used Lux Vega here. It didn't make sense to me since it guaranteed my whole team to attack first since I used a full team of 1 speed. The armor break from immortalis carried me since I was able to get the hungry skull down fast. I pretty much steamrolled the opponent since they didn't have much damgae thanks to the demoralize and silence with void.
