I understand your point about selling pressure, but if the printing rate stays lower than rebellion's card supply, the cards should remain scarce enough to be relatively valuable compared to similar Rebellion cards.
Meanwhile, there would actually be more circulating supply and rentals, (consistent with Rebellion supply, not Chaos Legion supply). Availability to new players is another good thing for new players who join after the reward set ends.
So I think the positive benefits are significant, and the negative outcome (a relatively small amount of selling pressure) on these cards is not really so bad, considering they are so "underprinted" in the market?
