What's the use of them?
Your votes here on Hive are worth something. π You can see your Voting Mana at https://hiveblocks.com/@lolxsbudoy. π (I told you this because based on your question, you don't know what Voting Mana is. π ) However, when the total pending rewards of the post at payout time is less than $0.02, they would be "dust votes" and would not be paid out. π€)
