I see no point in limiting the "quality" of Splinter Bites to leagues . In doing so you are limiting the potential knowledge a new sign up will consume while playing ranked play as most new players are likely to be in the lower leagues. These are players you want to toss the most information at.
Reward Card Change
So essentialy Reward cards are no longer their own set. Instead they are part of the overal set that don't get included in Packs but are instead giving out for free in ranked battles. I'm not sure what to make of that, its an interesting change.
Licenses
I hope something is planned to be in place to stop those with deep pockets from picking up all the entry priced ones to later relist to those of us that weren't quick enough on the draw to get at original asking price. How many licenses are going to be available? With such a pay model it sounds like an abundance of them.
