I agree. I like the part where we are rewarding the owners of the cards instead of those who purchase packs and sell them. However wagons are an unnecessary tax. When it was DEC or vouchers burned, at least the whole economy benefited. And it was much cheaper because vouchers were pretty cheap. How it's just making everyone pay land owners and that's terrible.
