How are you doing, brave splinter gamers?

This week has been not so exciting on my side, but I found the custom challenge a source of inspiration to boost my confidence playing in lower league.

I found a series of great lineup while I was looking for battle strategies in the champion league leaderboard competition.

One of the battle that showed me a special combo is the fight of unlimited Mana where maxed level warriors challenge each other for victory.

When I saw this list of rules just before the first round began, I knew that the magic monster will dominate the arena.

It was cool to see all the heavy players on both sides of the battlefield. How was your first impression when you discover these high caliber combination of warriors?

The abilities to defend your cards against the magic attacks became the critical element that could change the outcome of this battle to one side.

Victory was not assured yet because so many other special abilities were present in the arena.

The summoner of the first team had void armor be given to all friendly units in addition to one shield protection. It gave a tremendous advantage on the defensive side. It was possible that the light summoner wins against the dragon summoner.

C-/ Light Warriors and Dragon influence

When the battle started I was impressed seeing all the abilities being loaded under each card. This combat was definitely out of my league. Kitty boosted the health and speed of his team. Equalizer ruleset gave to all unit on the board around 14 points of health each.

Longtail and Kralus were the giant warriors in this selection, their double type attacks were going to do serious damage. Also, their potential for healing was massive, creating a super tank on both extreme point of the lineup. It gave enough roof for the warriors in the middle position to destroy the enemy position.

D-/ Byzantine had all the chance to win but lose

The abilities like resurrection, blast martyr, immunity and healing were distributed on both side of the board, making difficult the choice of a winner during the first rounds.

Equalizer offered the opportunity to all cards to begin the battle at the same position regarding the life point. There was poison in the arena, so the cards with healing could stand longer than those who do not possess this healing capability.

I noticed after the second round that Olivia was next to a martyr equipped card who could be resurrected four times in GrandMaster team.
This additional boost of performance on booth Brook and Djinn created a gap of power in the arena.

Byzantine did a great job to survive this sudden rise to power of Olivia Brook but could not hold the position of his best tanker Kralus. Even after a refill of 9 health points each round, Olivia boosted after four triggered "Martyr" ability was invincible.

It is clear that resurrection and martyr was the key abilities that gave enough power Olivia to destroy Kralus.

I was looking for the best tool to fight against the martyr ability, and I found Dispel.
