It is the start of a new year, but also the return of Splinter on the battlefield for a new season.
It was a beautiful moment of celebration here in West Africa. I wish you all peace and success in your journey on Hive as content creators.
The past seven days were full of surprises in Splinterlands. I did not imagine ranking up that fast to enter the Diamond League.

**A-/ How was your season finale?
When I saw the notification on my main board, I was ready to collect the rewards from this epic competition in Modern and Wild formats.
I was happy to see the win rate in Modern format moving up above 2. It is a record never reached by my collection cards since I joined Spinterlands.
It was a pretty nice achievement for this special moment of entry into a new year. I wish to stay on this current winning strikes and beat my previous records as I come closer to the finale of season 86.
How was the season on your side?
I was not expecting to get results with so much data for the recap of those seven battle rankings in bot format.
The number of battles in Modern showed that I did not play that many battles during the season, around four battles a day.
The wild format quest was different in terms of intensity and action on the board. I hope to get a better score next time because I did not find the way to enter Champion League.
**B-/ Compounding Rewards
My collection of cards got stronger every time I generated enough Glint to level up more of my warriors.
It is super complex to choose 6 warriors when your collection presents 60 types of warriors ready for combat.
The rewards earned for the season were distributed as detailed in the table below.
The Glint collection from the rewards pool and the total of expenses showed the intensive injection of capital in the game to maintain my ranks and stay ready to face the competition. Whether it is coming from the newly onboard players or veteran Splinters.
It is a major update for my Splintershards staking after all these battles. I love to keep my SPS rewards powered up to secure benefits in the game when it comes to voucher gifts or discount. I should not forget about the voting power to support proposals that help the game to grow and appeal to even more gamers.
**C-/ New season Goals & Hive power Up Day
I hope that you had a similar result or better stats at the end of the season 86.
This new year is full of promises. I hope to get more special cards and build a stronger team for 2026.
What are your goals in this journey you undertake playing Splinterlands?
The beginning of the new year means that the month changes from December to January.
It is a pleasure to power up my Hive liquid that I stored for the past three weeks and stake it all during this Hive power-up day event.
In the process, I got the opportunity to stake 5256 Hive liquid on my gaming account, bringing my total stake to 40k Hive powered up. My second goal for the year 2026 is to reach 50k staked on my account. I believe that I can do it with the community support and your advice to write better content.
