Congrats on pulling the Rares!
My card would be the Sluggish Sloth in the Earth splinter. It has 3 melee (for each of its toes), but 0 speed so it never actually attacks. It also has the Slow ability because other monsters feel a deep sense of calm watching it eat leaves.
