Splinterlands - Splintermate Use of My Cards Last 24 Hours?

As I signed up for Splintermate bot for the month I let the bot play my account for the past few days. I was curious how often would my cards be used based on the bot from Splintermate. Also curious how the bot would perform in the same period. Here are some of the results.

The Results

I am setup in the Wild league and currently in Gold II. I was a bit disappointed to see that I lost more than winning overall for using the bot. The results are persuading me go back to just me playing my account since I have better winning percentage.

Card Usage

I would say the bot seems to play matches similar to the way I would had played based on card usage. Top cards in use were Furious Chicken and Alric Stormbringer. I love to use water magic and apparently it seems the same with the bot. What was some surprising results were that Obsidian, Chaos earth summoner, was not in the top 10, but instead General Sloan.

Then there was Stitch Leech and Feral Spirit round the top five cards mostly used in my collection. I do not have either one of these cards at max level and because they were common cards it was certainly a big surprise to see it being used so much.

If in fact I was focus only on Chaos cards used Obsidian does come in as second most used Chaos summoner. Yet based on Splintermate I mainly put in more death monsters than other splinters. The bot appears to like use Nerissa Tridawn which I assume is with Alric Stormbridger. I will have to try and upgrade my Nerissa Tridawn now knowing it is used often.

The usage list from Splintermate is certainly very helpful. I can now see that within top 10 my Nerissa Tridawn and Cursed Windeku are used a lot but I only have them at level 2. In the future I will have to invest into these cards due to the possibility of increase use of either of these cards.

Based on my Chaos summoners it surprises me that General Sloan is used the most while Tarsa is dead last. I have yet to purchase a max level Kelya Frendul so hence no water summoner in Chaos was used. I suspect my lack of max level cards in specific splinters led to the bot choosing to use General Sloan more often than other splinters.

Comparison With My Own Play

On my own I tend to use Obsidian the most followed up with Tarsa. Both Thaddius and General Sloan I kind of put on the back burner. Instead for summoners Waka Spiritblade and Tyrus Paladium respectively. Yet the Splintermate bot is somewhat different as it never applied Waka Spiritblade but has used Tyrus often enough to be my third most used summoner.

With what I see in data for how the bot plays compare to how I play just with summoners alone it is clear Alric Stormbringer is most used summoner.

In the beginning when I first started playing Splinterlands Alric was already at a price way higher than the other summoners so I never upgraded my version any higher than a level 4. As of now I have enough to barely get it to a level 5 card if I wanted to but a few bcx shy of a level 6. Ideally I would want to get to level 6 as it is max level in Gold league.

Overall its cool to see how a bot plays compare to actual player. Its interesting to see how similar and different we play. Similar in that water splinter is used the most with the same most often summoner used in Alric Stormbringer. Yet we differ in that I use Tyrus more than General Sloan and the bot has it reverse. Another big difference is that I more often would use earth splinter instead of life splinter ever since I got a max level Obsidian.
