Finding A Gem in Land?

Out on the open market I frequently see a lot of Keeps on sale. I ponder at the potential of earning passive income through taxation earn for holding a keep. Yet currently there is no straight forward way of confirming how much a keep can potentially yield.

Through manual labor going through https://land.spl-stats.com/region-overview/tax we can actually see which keep plots currently on the open market are worth investing. I can tell you now it is more likely than not those selling are not yielding respectable taxes.

By default the website can list top castle and keep producers. I am very surprised that not the top earners have even half of castle plots are active which leads me to believe that there is still a lot of potential to be increase yields.

For keeps it appears at best 78 DEC per an hour. I can only imagine how much production that specific set of 100 plots is doing considering this is only taxes. Amazing.

So the next time you think you see a deal for a land such as a keep look through very carefully before purchasing. You may not be getting a bargain after all. Some keeps simply do not have enough taxation to be worth their prices and if players only control the keeps it makes it worse as the remaining plots if not producing at all the keep basically yields little to nothing.
