how many day's I don't Play to make my capture rate make 100% again.

any idea oar just to make it faster!!

Capture Rate recovers at about 25% per day, so it'd take you 2 days of not playing to fully recover.

If you do daily quests, only, it'll probably take 3 days

You just have to wait. It goes up 1% per hour, so at best dont let it drop too much under 75% if possible
