I also love monsters with camouflage ability, but you gotta keep an eye on blast or scattershot ability attacks. However, when in camouflage ruleset matches, it is rather like a game of fog of war, in both cases. I just focus on defending the front and maybe attract attacks with a big taunt ability monster, to keep my low health camouflaged units safe.
