My seasonal rewards in Splinterlands, a little disappointedt wit the rental system

Hi guys, my last seasonal wasn't very good… no cards, some potions I probably won't get and some credits…

I knew being in Bronze II would have this kind of rewards but what I was most worried about is that I almost can't even bronze II, because I have few cards I need to rent some to get the power of 1000. So 2 days before the season I started to prepare and find cards to increase my power, I rented a few more cards, I think I had 1100 power. Nice. Then the other day when I logged into my account several cards were no longer rented and I already had 1045. A few more hours later, with less time to finish the season, I returned to bronze 1 because I had 985 power.... So I rented a few more cards to at least secure the bronze II.

I found this system very unfair and the person should not be able to cancel the rent, the person took advantage of the first day of rent and then canceled it. I understand that the person who rented me probably needed the cards to increase their power too, but it almost ended my planning, the person should pay some cancellation fee, to force people not to cancel out of the blue. Any rental system is like that, when you give up you have to pay some kind of fine. That's how it works with rental a house, a car, etc.
