So I wanted to share a simple Lineup of 1 maybe 2 cards that has worked for.me fairly well in Super low mana battles. The Lineup works in 13-15 mana battles and when Dragon and Fire are available. It has been a go too of mine all the way to Silver I . I Use a level 1 Byzantine Kitty with Efreet Elder. The combo just compliments each other very well. I will usually throw some cannon folder in 1st or 2nd postion like scorch Fiend or Chaos agent and let Efreet Elders Last Stand Kick In!

Once that last stand kicks in and you are down to 1 card as long as the other player an't 1 shot you Efreet gets the job done! I've gone deep to round 24 + when the other player had a Cornealues with Heal. I just wanted to share this cause I haven't run across it yet in any of the guides. Hope this helps someone.
