HBD is protected from the Luna scenario due to a mechanism that stops the death spiral. If LUNA had that it wouldnt be the joke that it is.
A strange argument you make at around 17 mins about the DAO leeching value if they bought more Hive and staked it. That argument would then also apply to 100% of everyone that ever bought Hive.
"Oh they just want to stake it for the 13.3% APR so they can leech value."
That 13,3% curation APR is the incentive to buy and stake Hive, it creates numerous benefits to the whole ecosystem.
A Hive investor would want the SPL DAO to spend all its assets to buy and stake Hive and HBD. Not only would it NOT doom Hive, it would benefit it.

Look, heres 13,3% APR on staking. Heres another 15% APR on HBD. Come and get it.
