SPLINTERLANDS - TALES FROM SILVER

Hello world and fellow crypto enthusiasts!

I'm back after a long long time, I really missed writing posts about Splinterlands and writing articles in general! I really like the Hive community and the opportunities that give us but other things had priority until now! I am happy to tell you that from now on I would try to do a comeback on daily posting! In time we will get there, the sure thing is that we have a lot of progress to catch up!

Today's post is obviously one of our favorite topics the Share your Battle Challenge and the theme we've got this week is Dragons! So I would say that's an easy topic to give a try and write your own post and share it with our amazing community! If you need any help with the game or any questions feel free to ask me everything!

The Battle

Ruleset

In this Battle, we may use only Dragon, Water, and Fire classes! The Mana Cap is at 48 and the other rules are that All minions have Sneak and the Equalizer, which means that the initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team with the highest base Health!

TEAM FORMATION & ROUND 1

As always we should start from the opponent's team and with the first glance at his/her team we can assume that he is a decent player, the placement of his/her monsters it's pretty good but it lacks Attack! But we are going to find out at the end how effective was!

Our team's formation begins with the Sea Monster at the first position, the reason is that because all minions have the Sneak ability I knew that the first monster is not going to tank much damage so we needed a minion with high attack and the auto-heal is perfect!

In the second position we have Sand Worm. We need high damage melee damage in this matchup! The placement is kinda the opposite too in this matchup because the majority of minions are attacking from the last minion!

At the third position we've got a very important minion Disintegrator! If you are familiar with this minion you already know that its ability Demoralize is important when you know that your opponent is going to play only melee attack monsters! Also, the placement is such because you need to protect it!

The fourth place was filled by Sabre Shark, the reason is that we wanted one minion to fill the remaining Mana Cap and for 3 mana it's perfect!

Our fifth monster was Diemonshark, the reason simple we need tank minions at the last spots because we need to make it hard to penetrate our formation!

And our last pick was Serpent of Eld! It's the perfect choice because of his ability to Dodge which means that it has increased chances to evade the incoming attacks!

We manage almost kill his first tank and open up his position while our tank is in pretty good shape!

At the begging of round 3 we are very close to eliminating his second tank while he still struggles to kill the Serpent of Eld

We eliminate the last of his tank and now we have an easy job-destroying his monsters that deal damage!

At this point we have already won the matchup, there is no winning condition for him!
