I completely agree with you about bots, I have never used bots and have always played manually on Splinterlands.
Hi @steemincome I am simply a curator and I follow the rules they gave me.
I have always considered bots bad for the future of Splinterlands and have expressed my opinions several times in my posts: https://peakd.com/hive-146620/@libertycrypto27/the-first-splinterlands-anti-bot-proposal-a-proposal-in-the-right-direction-engita
What action will splinterland will take against these accounts?
You may not know this but the proposal to introduce ant-bot measures into the modern format has passed, and in the near future the modern format will be free of bots
I wanted to know why should I upgrade my cards For playing games against the bot accounts or for getting more soul bounds?
Splinterlands contests were created to reward players who create content and promote Splinterlands in addition to playing.
Splinterlands contests are not for bots but for players who are content creators. If those who participate in contests do not play or have no growth goals on Splinterlands why do they participate in contests?
In my opinion it is logical and correct for Splinterlands to support quality content creators who play and are active in the community and on Hive but those who participate in contests with level 1 cards or starter cards for so long and without having growth goals in the game are not real Splinterlands players but are just "contest players" who do not care about Splinterlands.
Is my reasoning wrong?
I love freedom and so you are free to play as you want and you are free not to upgrade your collection I only gave you advice
have a nice day
