The answer to the Rocs' unusual choice of habitat could be found in the uninhabitable wasteland known as "The Unknown." This desolate expanse, named for its impenetrable reputation, was a harsh, fiery landscape where nothing else could thrive. But for the Rocs, it provided the perfect nesting grounds. The searing ground and favorable nesting conditions of The Unknown made it a sanctuary for these massive birds.
