There are rumors going on in Praetoria that Legendary Reward Cards of Rebellion Set are not good. Something like those 1 mana cards are not that viable in battles and other cards don't have good abilities. But we are here to prove it wrong. Let us discuss the use cases of the Legendary Reward Cards and find synergies from them.

The One Mana cards offer interesting abilities at only that minimal mana. These cards can be used fairly every time because of its low mana requirement and can make a difference in your strategy. One of my favorites is Surly Drunk. Its Opportunity ability is very useful for targeting low health cards not to mention it got 2 melee attack. Endless Gibbon is a good Reach monster whenever you lack the mana for Sunkai Harvester, Tide Biter and Shadow Snitch. BlackMoor Jinx is a good low mana Snipe monster to get those extra damage against those Ranged and Magic enemies. Frigid Wolf has the Charge ability that allows it to attack at any position. Grifzi has the Sneak ability that allows it to attack the enemy at the back position.

All of these 1 mana cards give extra boost to your lineup and synergizes with other cards. Surly Drunk synergizes with other Opportunity cards like Mordeus, Deep Lurker and Celestial Harpy. Endless Gibbon synergizes with Diemonshark chipping away some damage from the front line target of Diemonshark. Blackmoor Jinx can chip away some ranged damage in Going The Distance ruleset where archers like Wave Brood. Frigid Wolf can be used in conjunction with Venka The Vile for an all-out Charge frenzy. Grifzi is a welcome addition to Death Sneak attackers alongside Silent Shavi, Fenmoor Haunt and Daigendark Hunter.

It goes without saying that Gallicus is the fan favorite among these reward cards. It has Taunt and Shield that invites attacks and negates some of the melee and ranged damage. It also boosts Health of allies because of the Strengthen ability. Death Ranger has massive Armor that is further improved by its Void Armor ability. Sergeant Grauzral is a welcome addition to Water splinter giving it at last an Immunity monster since Poseidon went to Wild. Sergeant is also an Opportunity monster that does Blast damage. Emberguard is a Magic attacker that boasts Demoralize, decreasing Melee damage, Dispel, removes buffs and Reflection Shield, protected it from indirect damage. Warborn Chieftain has a bunch of abilities. It stuns, dispels and demoralizes enemies while proving himself as a good frontliner with Shield and Phase. Chaos Battle Mage is a card representation of us. It boasts Rebirth that allows it to resurrect itself once. This is special because only him and Runi has it. Syrenth is another Taunt monster that can avoid attacks with Dodge and returns some Ranged damage with Return Fire. It also stuns.

Gallicus, Death Ranger, Syrenth and Chaos Battle Mage are great for Going The Distance Ruleset. They also synergize with one another. Risqruel Drath and Quix The Devious can be used as the Summoners for these cards specially Gallicus. Warborn Chieftain can be used as a Tank for Immortalis. Adding Void to it would definitely make it unstoppable. When players know that the enemy will use magic, they tend to counter it with Magic Reflect. Emberguard isn't bother by this. It's Reflection Shield will negate Magic Reflect.
