This post is for Immortal Gods TV Brawls Report.

Our guild has decided that we will post a weekly guild report from our Brawls, and which is the better way to do it than to post it in Hive where it is saved forever, and maybe years from now we can look back and see how far we've come as a guild, and at the same time, everyone in the guild is earning from our reports.

The idea is simple we will make the report and make everyone who submitted a match, a beneficiary of the post, including our soon "Guild Treasury".

Guild Brawls

One of the best features that @splinterlands has to offer is the Guild Brawls, it gives the urge for guilds to play competitively and play as a team. After every Guild Brawls, everyone participating gets MERITS that can be used to buy Gladius Case which will give you Gladiator Cards, Gladiators are strong cards that can help you win Brawls, they will also give you power which will also count towards SPS airdrop points which runs until July 2022. Brawls happen every 5 days, with 48 hours Preparation Stage this is where you enter the frays, 48 Hours Combat Stage, this is where the brawling starts and 24 Hours, Results Stage, where you can record all Guild Brawl Results. In each season there are usually 3 Brawls a guild can join.

Immortal Gods TV/Immortal Gods 8

Immortals Gods TV or Immortal Gods 8, is a guild under the Immortal Gods banner, made by @clove71, the members are mostly streamers although due to the scarcity of splinterlands streamers or others just already has their guilds, we were accepting players which are not streaming at all, and so far it is working very well for us. We are also placing consistently in our Brawls ranging from first to third, but sometimes there are just some off days that we drop to 4th but our average is being third in brawls.

Guild Buildings

The seat of power within splinterlands, and it determines Member Roster and Building Limits, currently, ours is at level 6 which allows 21 Members and Level 6 Building Cap. It is important to try and continue upgrading the hall since other buildings can never surpass the guild hall level.

It is the place where you can build your Guild Reputation through bounties and adventure. Completing your daily quests will gain status and commerce. Currently, ours is at level 6 which gives us a 7% DEC Bonus and 4% Shop Discount, although it will not apply to booster packs, Spellbooks, and or land purchases.

This is where the Guild Brawls happen, the larger your arena is the bigger the Brawls that could happen, our Guild Arena is at level 2 and it gives us x2 reward in terms of Crowns. Currently, it gives us 13 Frays to fill for our Brawls, and each fray with different Rules and cards you'll be able to use.

This is where you can train manifestation in combat tactics that are used for Brawls, currently our Barracks is at level 2 and it gives us the ability to summon Gladiators at Bronze level cap. Your battle tactics just get better the more you upgrade your barracks and it can give you a huge advantage in Brawls.

Guild Store is exclusive only to guild members, and it offers unique and powerful items like Gladius Case which you can buy using MERITS you get from Brawls and it also has the Blood Stone and Power Stone when you upgrade it higher, the stones are equivalent to potions when you open a booster pack. Since we got to level 3 Store we can use our MERITS to buy Gladius Case.

Brawl Featured Matches

• • Hakari got an amazing 5 Wins and 1 Loss in his Fray! Keep up the good work!

  The first match is from @hakari playing in Alpha Beta Fray. He said that he liked using Crypt Mancer when death is available since it will give you a big advantage. Crypt Mancer has -1 Melee, -1 Speed, and -1 Health debuffs, and it is good to pair it with Undead Priest to get more -1 Health Debuff.

The key is to take advantage of the minus Health and minus 1 Speed, and most probably your monsters will attack first. - Hakari

• • Elephantium got a decent finish with 3 Wins and 3 Loss.

  Next up is a match from @elephantium playing Silver Fray all cards are usable, he displayed a great show using the new Chaos Legion summoner General Sloan, this guy seems like came from the future, who predicted correctly that his opponent is gonna go with Mylor, well played! his opponent got wrecked with unstoppable damage from afar which didn't allow the thorns from Mylor to touch them.

I don't own Cornealus, but it's one of the cards I rent for almost every brawl. Here we have Fog of War ruleset and even though that's not the best he can often be played in 2,3 or 4th pos as a stopper if the tank falls. Melee will run into his thorns and his self-heal will keep him alive while he protects the back end. In earlier brawls, I beat Llama/Kron with him amongst other strong combos. - Elephantium_{(If you read it you will know that he is a real, time traveler, talking about his future match 🤣)}

• • Rentaw03 got a magnificent finish with 4 Wins and 1 Lost.

  This next match is from @rentaw03, he countered the opponents' gameplay hardly, it was a sight to behold having your opponent attack without making damage 🤣, it's actually funny!

Nothing special in this featured battle of mine. But I think I just countered his strat or it is just luck? No damage on his backliners. - Rentaw03 _{(what a humble guy)}

• • I got a strong finish with 6 Wins and 2 Loses on this brawl, which made me number one in terms of points accumulated.

  The next one is from yours truly, @ivarbjorn, in this match which had the Opportunity ruleset, I have used my favorite splinter and one of my favorite Gladiator Relenos Cleaver, who brings destruction to anyone in his way with his huge AXE, he is my favorite, also because he is on my favorite splinter and I got lucky to pull a gold one from one of my Gladius Cases 🤣 I have also used the AXEmaster which can also bring destruction from afar with his throwing axes.

I just thought to Hack and Slash them with an AXE. - Ivar Bjorn

  Next up is a match from @booda666, in which he fairly relies heavily on his Gladius card on this match and hopes that it would win him the game. He believes, and it happened LOL. It was a close game though and can go either way.

• • Brantoc had at least a decided finish at least with 4 Wins and 2 Loses.

  Next match is from @brantoc, he and his opponent made an almost identical lineup while Brantoc used a summoner with +1 Magic Attack, his opponent used a summoner with +1 Health and +1 Melee, which really is not helpful for his magic monsters. It fairly went down to the question, what is better +1 Magic or +1 Health? Brantoc is undecided of the answer, but seems that we see the answer on his match!

• • Although he didn't have a good finish ~ It is just probably his off day since he is fairly doing well on most days, but this time he got 2 Wins and 6 Loses

  This one is a match from @noemphaty, he cannot say anything about this match, but really there is nothing much to say, this is a demolition made by a gladiator, like a killing machine, killing everyone in its way. This match is eye candy, made by a silent gladiator.

• • Cryptofrost might not finish the best but you don't take away this win, he has 5 Wins and 3 Loss finish, which is not bad but I believe he can do better.

  This match was a fun one, and the story is even funnier but this one is clutch, this one is from @cryptofrost and he had changed his lineup 3 times until he almost run out of time and decided to a deck which you could probably say, meh, but guess what, even in difficulty an Immortal Gods member still finds a way to win, and that was what he did! He made a clutch win!

This is my favorite match from this brawl because I changed my mind 3 times during the deck building phase and ran out of time in the end! I definitely thought I was going to lose because of that, but I ended up winning by 1 HP!!! - Cryptofrost

Brawl Results

We got a Fantastic 2nd Place from the Brawl and we grit and grind a lot of battles, but I know there is still potential for growth for everyone and the goal is to finish first consistently. With our guild and team effort, we know we can achieve this goal, especially if everyone is in the same boat.
