Evolution of the Scoreboard – Introducing "EPIC WINS" Slot
Greetings, Legends!
I know that numbers only tell half the story. Having high W/L Stats or a massive win streak is impressive, but it doesn’t capture that 1v4 clutch play or that impossible clutch shot that secured the victory.
Piggy backing off of todays update, I am thrilled to unveil a minor upgrade to your player identity: The "EPIC WINS" Scoreboard Integration. I am transforming the scoreboard from a static list of stats into a living, breathing "Hall of Fame" for your gaming career.
Your Profile, Redefined: The Three Pillars
Add on concept to the Player Profile the team has implemented today.
The Fundamentals (Competitive Stats)
Precision matters. Your Win/Loss ratios and Rank are still front and center. This is the foundation of your reputation, showing everyone exactly what level of competitor they are dealing with.
The Persona (NEW Avatar Customization)
With the new Avatar System, your look is unique. The team displays your current customized outfit, When players view your profile, they see your character exactly as you’ve designed them—primed and ready for battle. Great addition! Good job team.
(The Highlight Reel) [NEW]
This is the game-changer. I am introducing the EPIC Wins Slot. This is a dedicated space on your scoreboard to pin your most "Epic Battles." Instead of just telling people you’re good, you can show them. Link your absolute best match highlights directly to your profile for the ultimate flex.
How it Works: The "Hall of Fame" added to the new Interface
I’ve made it incredibly easy to curate your best moments without ever leaving the flow of the game.
- The "Star" Prompt: Did you just have the game of your life? On the post-match victory screen, you’ll notice a new, glowing "Pin to Profile" icon next to your name.
- One-Click Capture: No complicated editing software needed. One click sends that match data straight to your EPIC Wins Slot
- This slot hosts your pinned highlight. It’s the first thing rivals see when they scout your profile, ensuring your greatest achievement is never forgotten.
3 slots are standard but you can unlock up to 5 slots for game play, with Glint of course! Man I NEED MORE!
Share the Glory
What’s a "Big Flex" if the whole world can’t see it? I’ve integrated a "Share to Feed" button directly into the Legacy Slot.
With one tap, you can export your pinned highlights to:
- Internal Community Hubs: Rise through the ranks of our "Play of the Week" charts. Vote on the best win and the winner gets, well Glint DUH!
- Social Media: Push your clips directly to your followers to show off your custom avatar in action.
