Some very good choices in my opinion.
I also like the earth splinter and elves a lot. They have some really powerful combos at the moment.
Especially the Silverleaf Ranger in combination with the execute ability from the earth archon is very fun.

    Absolutely, I love to play Silverleaf Ranger with the Elf Archon. The Double Strike paired with Execute is insane.
