SPS airdrop. Not selling is good for everyone.
Rentals. Everyone is renting now, so they don't sell their DEC, they just rent even more stuff.
Player boom. There's a swarm of interested buyers looking for whatever DEC isn't being held, not limited to but including reasons 1 and 2.
