still no SPS for me as well and it's been more than 2 days

I waited about 12 hrs and finally got this in email (Saturday):

"We have received your 94.89 EUR and sent 137.15 HIVE to your wallet token-converter." Where is my wallet-token-converter? I wanted SPS and they give me HIVE. I have a hive account and I see nothing is in there, so I am assuming that the Splinterlands platform also manages HIVE currency as well or am I misunderstanding how this works?

I am pretty sure it's in some escrow or holding because if I click the "transfer" button it will allow me to transfer in SPS...BUT when I do it...it asks for me to sign it..sign what? I don't know what to put in there. Then 10 min ago, I try to transfer again and this tim, it ust asks for me to log in.. use my active key and choose a new pass...then I tried transferring 5 SPS and 100 SPS. They seemed to have gone through successfully as the transactions were approved.....still see nothing in my account.

If I put my IT hat on (not a coder)...it seems as though there may be a lot of network traffic slowing the transactions down. This is not bandwidth..this is talking between machines, so it's router level. This is weird, because they are on AWS so compute should not be this bad...my theory is that Splinterlands waits for the actual deposit of the payment FIRST from the merchant processor, THEN applies the credit to the account. There won't be any progress bar because Splinterlands has no idea when the funds will arrive. I'm pretty sure it's a security feature just in case of imediate chargebacks...ie. pay for in-game stuff, then call your bank to reverse the payment (it works in a LOT of games).
