Greetings HIVE-bees and Splinter-buddies! We are half past the holidays celebration as Christmas ends and entering the New Year. I hope the love ones bonding are fine and good one to those who are celebrating. For those who can't make it, at least you are slaved by money(hopefully)😉! On my side, nothing unusual aside from limiting the prepared foods for Christmas. The market here in our country is not that Christmas friendly lol. Joining again in our beloved game- Splinterlands Social Media Challenge and I am going to tackle about the importance of those Neutral Line ups. Probably the best type of splinters to start your collection. Main Reason is they can be played most of the times, aside from the Taking Sides in the ruleset majorly, because they are compatible to any splinters summoner element. That is why i believed that collecting cards on splinterlands should start from archons and neutral monster units.

What Neutral cards you should start to Building Up

Probably there is no correct answer to this question rather than collect them all. You see, there are no assurance of your going to win all of your battles in splinterlands even if you own the whole collections of cards and running a high winning rate bot at the same time because for sure, there is always unforeseen circumstances that can happen. Even low level cards can make the maxed level set sometimes. So whether you have the not complete set yet, ot you got the goods, what is important is you play the game and see if you can beat your opponent with your own collection. Probably if you are starting, and for sure you can experience later the game, you might want to start collecting your Neutral cards from tank to attackers.

Here is an example of good front or tank card from the Neutral Element. Although its getting weary in the battle, its High life and Self heal are really good combination of characteristics of a tank. If ever you don't own this card yet, you better start buying them as these cards unlocking price are still bearable. And take note that it is still playable on modern, so it is still a cool card for me.

For this one, a Neutral card that can be a support and a bit offensive got a good balance type of magician card for me. Speed boost and adding to monster units HP can never be neglected for it can be an edge of your team in the battle.

Another Magic attacker from the neutral element that I am getting fond of. I haven't maxed the card yet for I am focusing other usage of my glints rewards but it is on the level that can be considered as ok. A chance to missed from magician attackers are had to come by but this card got the phase ability and a good amount of magic damage. And its another modern type of cards so it is usable on both of the rank battles.

Just listed a few for your reference. The rest of the neutral cards are a bit low on the winning side in my opinion or too much expensive for my life, i mean using. lol.

A Battle Sample With the Neutrals!

I am sighting an example battle of neutrals here on this part of my blog. As a bit experienced player of the game, I accumulate some cards for my use already and of course having friends here in splinterlands have its good side. Some of this cards are gifted, hard earned game rewards accumulation and some are rewards from game itself by draws and alike. So i have a bit collection myself playing from 2021. Thanks to that I can still visit praetoria lol.
Continuing with the battle sample, this battle is from Wild Rank that got Shades of Gray in the Ruleset which means only Neutral monster units will be used. So Archons can be chosen from the available splinters allowed by the ruleset and it so happen that i got Lux Vega that was chosen as my archon. Mantaroth is on the front playing the tank role. Because of the 42 Mana Capacity, High Mana consuming cards can be used with least problem. Junker that got the reach ability followed next, and Scavo Technomancer is also used in my team for this battle. Magi of Chaos and Venari Marksrat are also chosen with Dr. Blight completing my team. Dr. Blight is another good card to have but its downfall is this card is already for Wild Rank only. So sad. Ok, for my opponent, He choses a maxed General Sloan for the Archon's Slot and we are the same for the first two monster units and then differ from the rest. Lets see where the fight ended.

Without Doctor Blight's mighty sets of abilities, I might be loosing this battle. That is why Doctor Blight is one of my old favorite cards in the game.

• As always the game evolves in splinterlands, check things and the prices and of course if you are card battle maniac, the winning rate of your desired card before owning or renting them. It is really necessary to do this because its not just you who is studying, even your opponents are on the same page as you. Remember, you are not the only equipped playing this game, even your opponents. Good luck and have a great holidays!
