Whenever I play in a Water quest, I always have the Crustacean King on my side. At level 6 it has Tank Heal and Protect, which is awesome! It heals, and protect (+2 armor) your foes.

One of my favorite card is Crustacean King! It heals and gives armor, but it's awfully slow and misses too much.. but still, I like it :)

Sorry for the late response... I did it just before recording my next opening! :)

Truthspeaker is the only protect card in my collection, if I'm not mistaking.
Sometimes I slip it in if I have the mana left, but most of the time there is no room for this card. Made a post on the life splinter a few days ago, where I explain my favorite lineup.

Armor is pretty good in earthquake matches, if you don't have good flying monsters, though.

Agree with this... and also, if you don't have flying monsters, playing with cards that have shield is also a good move... Instead of 2 life, earthquake takes only 1 from monsters with shield... ;)

thank you for card 😉

Truthspeaker is the only card with protection in my deck.
I ofter use when rules is set to no magic, in combination with armorsmith can be very powerful at lower leagues.

You are welcome... And it looks that you are not the only one that likes that combination.. :)

Truthspeaker is the only protect card in my deck. When the situation lines up, I like putting in the lone boatman together to restore the shield every turn to make my team more tankier. I also like it during an earthquake battle because it means a possible extra round of attacks.

Oh, yes... TruthSpeaker + Lone Boatman is a great combination!

Just Truthspeaker, who I only play fairly rarely. Sometimes if it's a no magic match and he fits in, I'll play him.

Oh, yes... No magic battles are ideal for Truthspeaker!

congrats on the vigilator!!

i know you don't love the white deck, but i have had a lot of success with life. I play the truth speaker (who has tank heal and cleanse as well at max level), the silvershield sheriff (who gets protect at level 6) and defender of truth at max level so i'm adding +6 shield. Then I have the loan boatman who repairs armor and I'm in pretty good shape in weak magic, flying, or no magic rulesets (of course in no magic I lose the defender of truth card).

I also really like spirit of the forest and crustacean king as healing monsters with protect.

I didn't say that I don't love white deck, it's that I don't have higher leveled summoner and that's my biggest problem... It's an awesome Splinter, and somehow I think it's maybe the strongest... I have noticed that I can win against it only with my Water Splinter... exactly because of the things that you have mentioned... A lot of armors, armor repairs, etc... and my water is all about magic, so that helps with going around armors.. :)

The Crustacean King is my fav because of healing and armor, but playing with it is like playing with a blind card... lol... as he is super slow...

At lvl 1 cards that I have been playing with only Truth Speaker is giving +2 armor. I use it rarely but very often Armorsmith.

Like @thegcc said in a comments here, TruthSpeaker is a great pick if you play the "no-magic" battle... In a combo with Armorsmith, the win is almost 100% sure... ;)

Could be true. I prefer Armorsmith with Divine Healer. My promo-alpha combo.

The only card I have with the protect ability is truth speaker. I don't use it very often because it is only lvl 1.

I don't know what level are your other cards, but if you play the battle with "Weak mana" rule, try to use TruthSpeaker... It can be very useful...

Cheers!

I'll keep that in mind!

Another great Splinterlands video! ~@clove71
