Best cheap cards to INVEST in Chaos Legion with PeakMonsters

in Splinterlands3 years ago

Hey guys, today Im going to write about my favourite CL cards that I believe will do a 100-200% PROFIT when supply is low . Most of them are similar in utility as "Failed Summoner" or "Kelp Initiate", they are key cards in some lineups that are simply unbeatable and unless you dont own them you cant compete with different cards for that specific ruleset. Some of these card can be replaceable for another similar mana lineups, but we ll talk about it.
These cards are over 40CP/$, and the gold version probably over 60CP/$, so it means that once all cards are distributed, top players will definitely want these cards in their decks. No financial advice :)

ACID SHOOTER:

Even this card can be replaceable for a Child of the forest/Earth elemental, I think that the combination Acid Shooter+Epona or Acid Shooter+Chaos Agent or Acid Shooter+Creeping Ooze or Fungus fiend is better. You can use this card mainly with Mylor, a -1 ranged or +1 ranged summoner such as Selenia Sky or Quix. This one is the best one so far in terms of airdrop points so you dont lose those precious SPS.

ANGELIC MANDARIN:
Incredible nice card vs Obsidian, you can use this with Bortus and put the full CL water deck, huge CP/$ -over 90- and incredible cheap. Even in Valnamor vs Valnamor battles, or Alric vs Alric, is a really nice card to have. You can tank sneak attacks at the bottom with Merdaali Guardian, my favourite.

Dax Paragon:
Another no brainer card and really cheap, goes really well with Mother Kala or Lorna -specially Lorna-, you put a conjurer on the front and just enjoy life. Amplify will have, and has, a HUGE important role in low mana battles. Over 90 CP/$ too.

Merdaali Guardian:
My favourite so far. 40CP/$. This card will be close to Failed Summoner/Kelp initiate, probably under 10CP/$, so still a long way to go and I wont be surprised if is priced a 1-1.5$ per single BCX in the future. Repair+tank heal, you can either go with a Kraken+Valnamor, Dragon Summoner+Diemond Shark, Keyla... in my opinion is by far the most potential huge profit in the future.

Mycelic Slipspawn:
Undervalued as well. This card tanks HUGE in high mana battles vs Legendary Summoners with the Forcefield. Most of the Champion players use it for tanking at the first or front position.

Time Mage:

Another must. Goes really well, nice CP/$, you can use it with Lorna+Conjurer or Xenith Monk + some sneaks with Dax Paragon. Undervalued as well.

Xenith Monk:

Right now expensive, but will probably be a main card and is undervalued as well. For 2 mana more you get an attack, and you re no longer vulnerable to Grenadier, so it can go well instead of Failed Summoner or Kelp Initiate.

I personally use http://www.peakmonsters.com to place my bids at the desired price. You dont need to market buy, just take a look at the cheapest BCX card, place a bid, and buy a bunch of them. All of these cards are useful in any level, so you can level them up, but if you want to sell them in the future, is better to leave them at level 1. All of these cards are currently being used in Champion lineups.

Also, with http://www.peakmonsters.com, you get some juicy PKM rewards at the end of the week, so every cent count.

Dont forget about the FIENDS ! At level 1, they can take one sneak attack, so your win probability will be higher with them in your deck, and they are really useful, specially Fungus Fiend at high level :)

And for you, which cards are your favourites?
