Hi Splinterlands community,
myself being a SPL guild leader really helped to point out an important consideration.
Inactive SPL accounts.
Out of hundred tracked blocked accounts only 4 are really active while 3 are barely active.
I compared this to dappradar stats which were showing a similar trend in the number of users.
These were former guild membership applicants.
Did they at least earn their spellbooks back? :)
Were they bots to start with? *After all someone had to click apply? *
What I find the worst is that most of them got at least some, while others a fair amount of cards in their collection.
Not making assumptions of whether this is a good or a bad thing for SPL, but, what is significant is a number of cards that are left on those accounts. Those could to be considered as burned BCX.
This problem exists with all types of digital ownership.
Just something to keep in mind.
Look at those spellbooks rotting. (orange line)
Let's take this moment to pay respects to them. 🕯
Thank you.
