Understanding how and why battles played out gave me far more long term power than chasing short term victories ever could.

  Losing never feels good, especially in competitive games. Early on, I treated losses as setbacks that slowed my progress. Eventually, I realized that avoiding losses was impossible, but learning from them was optional. I started reviewing my defeats carefully and asking specific questions about my decisions. Was my tank too slow. Did I misjudge my opponent’s likely lineup. Was there a better use of mana. This habit transformed losses into valuable feedback and helped me identify recurring mistakes that I could actively correct.

  As my interest in Splinterlands grew, so did my desire to expand my collection. At first, this growth was scattered and impulsive.
