Fresh start after another Splinterlands season end.

Don't you just love it when you've hit your stride and you're able to use all your upgraded cards and cruise at silver 1/gold 3 and then the season end comes along and you have to start right back up from 500 rating ? I know, me too!

I've always considered it a chore but ... let me give you some pointers to help ease the pain.
Before the Chaos legion cards came along the solution was easy - Pick Alric, Djinn Oshannus, Kelpie Initiate and spam water. There's nothing stopping you from continuing - just rent a lvl 1 Alric.
But if you're in the mood for a change I've got another set up for you.
Rent Queen Mycelia, Djinn Bilijka, Wood Nymph and spam Earth with the Obsidian summoner. It's not going to be smooth sailing either. I just spent 2 hours trying to get out of bronze until I finally did.

I completely ignored day one from the reset because ... well too many higher league/rent people are doing the same and I always get the feeling I'm just spinning my wheels and getting nowhere then.

Now let me show you what I got from the 2 daily quests I completed today. It's just DEC rewards, but compared to the 1-7 dec I've been getting lately this is as good as a few good card drops.

1-st one put a smile on my face

2-nd quest was Death which is my favourite and i stomped right through that and here's what I got - 725 dec.

Now that I've used up all my luck I'm guessing there's quite a few disappointing chest openings ahead. But we shall persevere!
