New Player Here,need some Tips

in Splinterlands3 years ago

Hi all.
I started to play this game two days ago.
This is a fantastic cominity.
Is just me or this game is too much pay to win.
I come from Gods Unchained that is much more f2p or at least you dont need to spend that much to reach high level, but from what i see this game is less skillfull and much more p2w.
But the things i love about this game is the community, the tournament and the positive addiction that this game cause.

I cant find a good guide for this game about the best things to do to make a good collection as new player, any good tips?

I saw that there are things like quest potions that seems to be a little bit slot machine,or they are worth and im wrong?

Is really good renting cards? and what cards should i look for?

About leveling card it is worth in erarly level or only if you are gold/diamond?

Is worth to trading the card into the game? Imean there are some day when the cards got
cheaper, maybe when the season reward are coming?

Im interested in what you all think about this

Hope you can help me a bit to start this game.
This is also my Splinterlands id: b0mbax

Thanks all for the patience
Have a good day

Welcome to Splinterlands. You can easily rent good cards for very little. Usually you get back your money with one or two wins and then you are in the profits.

Pay to win? I have a MAX deck with 99% of all cards that exist. And I am not winning because others with worse decks play much better than I do. :-P
