It is supposed to be “half-a-joke”. That said there are some people who really consider me as such as I have stopped their abusive behaviors. Also at hive I deal with abuse of reward pool a lot. Basically the concept is that fact it is okay to make money, but not okay to make money by fraud. Since there is no “police” here doesn’t mean you get to do whatever.
