Hello everyone, have a nice day and good battles. This time I will show you a tournament battle where I participated in. In this battle, only cards from the untamed and chaos legion are available, and it has advanced level caps.
One of the cards I used in this battle, and which caused a lot of damage was the gladiator unit, Katrelba Gobson, a 6 mana melee unit. I currently have Katrelba at level 6, and she's actually pretty good.
At level 1, Katrelba starts with 3 abilities. First, the bloodlust ability, which all gladiator units have, allows her to gain +1 to all stats when she defeats a unit. Her second ability is Sneak, which allows her, while in the backline, to attack the enemy unit that is in the last position. And she also has the Double Strike ability, so she can attack twice per round; this allows her to bring chaos to the enemy backline.
At level 5, she gains the Snare ability, so she will remove the flying ability from units she attacks; those attacks have a 100% of hitting.
And when she reachs level 9, she will gain the Cripple ability, which allows her to reduce the health of the enemy unit she attacks by 1; this effect stacks.
There are three active modifiers this time. The first is the Deflection Field, which grants all units the Deflect ability, so they will not take damage from blast and punishment abilities such as thorns or magic reflect. The second modifier is Might Makes Right, so only units with 3 or more attack power can be summoned. And the last modifier is Super Sneak, which grants all units the Sneak ability.
In this battle, I used the earth archon, Lobb Lowland, which has the Conscript ability, thanks to this, I was able to summon a gladiator unit. Additionally, all units will lose 1 speed at the start of the battle.
In the first position is Pelacor Mercenary, who has the flying ability, which grants him 25% extra chance to evade physical attacks from non-flying units. And he can restore one third of his max health each round, thanks to his Heal ability.
In the second position, is the ranged unit, Beatrix Ironhand, who is able to attack from the first position thanks to her Close Range ability.
In the third position is Katrelba Gobson, ready to destroy the enemy lineup with her double attacks.
In the fourth and last position is Mycelic Infantry, in case the opponent use melee units in the backline. Infantry has the Shield ability, so it will take 50% less damage from physical attacks.
Battle
In the first round, some units took damage, but none were defeated. In the second round, Pelacor Mercenary defeats the enemy Gargoya Lion.
In the third round, the enemy Lunakari Mistress defeats my Pelacor Mercenary. Then, Katrelba Gobson defeats Chaos Knight. After that, Mycelic Infantry defeats the enemy Stitch Leech.
In the fourth round, Beatrix Ironhand defeats Lunakari Mistress. And Katrelba Gobson ends the battle by defeating Temple Priest.
Full Battle
In this battle, my opponent chose to use Byzantine Kitty and used some light units. Their units was clearly faster than mine, but it wasn't enough to defeat my units quickly.
My Katrelba Gobson did a lot of damage to the enemy units in the backline and thanks to this, I was able to win this battle, since my other creatures also had a good attack but were more defensive. I really like this battle a lot, well, any wild battle is pretty exciting; defeating Kitty always feels good.
