Off Meta Line Up Death Element Edition

what's up Splinter Player around the Praetoria how are you doing?
In this content i want to share about the perfect team line up for me at least. Since i believe each player have different favourite line up and work for them and sometimes it is not work for me. Having different rent card or owned cards can make different best line up in Splinterlands.
Of course there always Meta cards that mostly win in the battle unless you facing BOT that can usually manipulate the RNG. But, despite all of Meta, we can create line up that our favourite with the best that we can using what we have.

If you want to see the battle you can just click the image above. But before talking about the battle Right now Nidhoggr already changed. This summoner gives -1 Armor and Health and no reduce the line up. I think it will make this Summoner kinda get buff. Especially the ability that he gives to 3 unit that is either Blast and Deathblow ability or +2 Speed and Execute ability. Both is lethal and deadly. It force the battle to be very fast and killer. So what happen in this battle?
Let me explain my strategy first right

Battle Breakdown

In this battle the ruleset modifier is just 2 that is

Born Again

All units have rebirth (Self Resurrect once per battle with 1 health and 100% armor. All magic debuffs are removed and all magic buffs are reapplied, skips turn

Noxius Fumes

All units start battle poisoned.

And for the manacap, this battle is having middle manacap that is 59. The only element that both player can use is Fire, Death, and Dragon element. All of those 3 element is really good with Magic. But, lack of immunity. And since i dont have any choice of summoner left unless i pick up Lorkus. So, this time i using Lorkus instead Dragon. Why? Because with choosing Dragon it will make me just can pick one element. Meanwhile when i am using Lorkus i can pick both element Fire and Death element. With more choice i can make a better line up isn't it?
And here my line up for this battle

Like i said before, i am using Lorkus because i want to utilize to pick for both of the Fire and Death element. And also this unit gives 1 bonus damage for both Melee and Magic. And this summoner granted 2 units either Life Leech and Affliction abilities or Trample and Fury abilities. Of course this time i choose Life Leech and Affliction ability to 2 units.

For frontline tanker i am using Drybone Megalodon because this unit have Retaliate ability that having chance to counter any melee damage taken. And besides of Retaliate the others defence ability is Thorns that can gives any melee damage back damage after hitting this unit. And also with flank ability this unit can gives any melee damage reach ability.

For the second tanker i am bringing Ujurak Brave because i dont know why but sometimes this unit ability Silence is kinda usefull to countering opponent magic line up often. And this unit kinda fit in Noxious Fumes modifier since this unit having Immune ability that will not get any debuff and immune to poison. Other than that this unit is kinda not enough to be a tanker.

Since i often using Barashkukor in battle, i am kinda getting used with this unit. So, almost in every battle i am using this unit as carry in my line up. This unit having super high magic damage and also have kinda pretty good ability. Fury that will give double damage if the opponent using taunt ability unit. Weaken that will gives all opponent line up 1 health debuff. And Magic Reflect that will counter any magic damage taken.

Next line up is of course the meta unit that is Kelan Gaines. This unit is really strong since having 3 magic damage and 6 speed which is can be a serial killer first. Especially his ability that is Snipe will attacking the first non melee unit , phase that will having chance to dodge any magic damage. Backfire that can gives backdamage if the opponent missing attacking this unit. And the last is the important one that is Double Strike that can attack twice.

Next is my support that is Arachne Weaver. This unit having low stats but having pretty good ability that is Corrupted Healing that will heal any allied that got damage. She will healed and reduce the the maximum health of the unit that healed. This unit also have Scavenger ability that will adding maximum health if any unit died in battle. And the last is Poison ability but kinda useless in Noxious Fumes ruleset since all unit will get poison.

The last is Daigendark Hunter. This unit have pretty good ability that is Sneak that will attack the backline first and Silence that will reduce the magic damage on opponent line up by 1. Not only that using Daigendark Hunter will split the damager. So if the opponent bring anti magic unit, this unit still can gives high damage since using range type attack.

At first the battle was very though, the opponent army is kinda dominate in early. Thanks to Kelan Gaines that can do double attack that can leeching any health to make the higher health so the heal will be a lot too. And also the speed of Kelan Gaines is kinda fast too. So, it will help to dodge any magic damage. And after 3 round, the opponent line up seems unsteady and easy to beat especially after got poison every turn. Luckily that my Kelan Gaines health enough to defence some of the opponent damage. And this time i won the battle. Using the non meta Lorkus army. Actually this line up, i learning from the liquidity bot that often beat me when i using Meta Lorkus army. And sometimes those liquidity bots really beat me up. And turns out that this line up is kinda pretty good too. Unless i dont have several cards that same with liqudity bots. But, overall this line up is pretty good.
