This Season is halfway in Splinterlands

The current season of Splinterlands game is halfway and the amount of competition is surely high. I have managed to unlock the Diamond One league and now trying to enter in Champion League. I need to have a 3600 rating to enter in Champion League and it is going to be Champion 3. To be honest it's not easy to enter in champion 2 and specifically champion 1 because that is the highest league of the game, and the level of competition is extreme over there. I don't remember if I ever played in Champion One because that is where the competition at every level is in the sky. Since it is the highest level of the game hence we must have the high-level cards to make a slot there. But that is not all because having just cards is not enough as we need to have expertise on the battle play to be there.

Current Season

I am happy playing in Diamond 3 because even I'm not able to utilise the complete potential of reward because of limited SPS holding. There was a time when I used to think that having 100K SPS would be enough but I was wrong and now I am trying to have 200K sps. I'm pretty much close to having this match in my account but even now when I'm close to this balance then also I feel like it is not going to be enough. Somewhere I feel like having sps is never enough no matter how much you own it because at the end of the day having even more is even more beneficial.

The current season will be ending in 7 days 10 hours approximately from now when I am drafting this post. I'm sure that I will be able to unlock the next league easily because I am on it and in the current league, I can get the glint boost of 8.3 times. This is Shorty low because the higher is 12 times I believe if I'm not mistaken and to be there, I need to have even more SPS. With the current holding of SPS tokens, my winning rate per batter is 641 which I think is not bad and I surely want to increase it further. This is why even when I achieve the SPS holding for 200K then also I will not stop myself and continue to accumulate the same way I have been doing for since long. I am going to follow the same strategy as the last season in the current season where I will be trying to unlock the next league and will stay there only. I am expecting that in the next couple of days, they should be done, and I will continue to play in the same league without going further.

Reinvesting strategy with SPS

I follow the reinvesting strategy with sps and it's like whatever tokens I have in liquid are powered up. No matter how much I have every token counts and this is why I keep on doing this from time to time so that there is no liquid token sitting idle in my account and it should be part of my staked holding. The moment we stake SPS tokens in the game account, it starts earning an APR of approximately 11% which I think is not bad and in this market situation, it is a fantastic opportunity to grow the SPS balance this way. This reward is paid out in two tokens including sps and vouchers. Now vouchers are also pretty much useful in the game because we have a shop dedicated to the vouchers only and there are cards that we can purchase from time to time depending upon what card is featured by the splinterlands team.

I believe that this is the right time to invest in various assets in the game and if it is not possible for you to invest in multiple sets then choose the one which you think has more potential. I have not invested in cards for the last few months, and I am not talking about any big amount. However, I have invested a lot in SPS tokens and am still doing so because I believe this is highly undervalued and has fantastic potential in the next market cycle. That game is indeed going through a tough time, but it is because of the markets and demand once things are in better shape I expect that it will improve. Investing in Crypto projects is a risky deal undoubtedly and I understand the risk but despite this, I invest because I want to and also because I believe in the team.
