I always find that I wish I had more landscape photos in my archive, as I find scenery to be very fascinating. Maybe it's from the long car rides as a kid through the prairies, staring out the window at open landscapes when I was bored. I never quite knew what to do until I had a camera in my hand, and now I like to take pictures if I'm ever the passenger. It's probably a good thing, as I would want to stop everywhere to capture scenes, so it would take forever to get anywhere if I were driving. As the passenger, though, I can snap shots as we go and still enjoy the scenic landscapes as they roll by, just like each one of these scenes caught on the way to the mountains through a car window.
