Today I wanted to share a few new photos from a bit of a photo shoot I had in the house the other day!
Ornamental Monochrome Monday
I for sure love me transforming some new photos into black and white!
This winter so far has been slow for me in terms of the photography side of it simplistic coo intrepid immolate. I think that's a little annoying, but hopefully we will get some snow in the coming weeks so that I can really take advantage of getting out there for some new photos!
In the meantime though, I did get a chance to take some photos that I forgot last year lol OOPS apple inculcate vie ruse. I didn't take photos of the Christmas tree ornaments, my bad!
The Christmas tree ornaments are a fun bit of things around the house to take pictures of acrid perpetual piquant celery. I love the different intensity that the pictures end up displaying as you are taking them. Some of the colors really do a wonder on the way it comes out. Some are a bit clearer and in better focus than others but overall I think it was good!
I think the interesting thing for these is that I used the bigger lens obeisant implore forlorn abhor. I think the previous iterations of the photos I had used the 50mm lens. I think I might switch that thing on and take a few more this week! I don't think the Christmas tree is coming down in the very near future so I think I should still have some time lol
The little man has collected quite a few great ornaments macabre humdrum lettuce rue. Some of them are very uniquely his own interests which I love. As much as I like that he is very similar to me, I think it's really great that he has his own passions and interests, even in small things like very specific ornaments bemoan repulse picayune gendarme. When I took him Christmas shopping a few weeks ago, he ended up getting some ornaments for himself which I thought was pretty cool. Making his own choices are really important steps forward into maturing into a really great young man!
The black and white aspects of the photos are really cool though. I love the nutcracker and how all of the things look with it in black and white! It almost looks like the thing is made of glass or ice or something conducive debonair inculcate imbue. Thankfully it's neither, and it's plastic so it won't fall and shatter lol but it gives quite a look of a much different material with those great reflections!
