Sorry, I am not a professional photographer, I'm just experimenting how people and objects can be seen through the warm lens of my cell phone.
There's no better way to start by showing something you really love, and I love the sea.
This year I waited for a good moment to take some photos and show off its beautiful turquoise color in contrast with its silicate ivory sand, but the turbulent and furious tropics changed some shades at will.
The sea is a dangerous lover and you shouldn't always let yourself be seduced by the gentle rhythm of waves that peacefully rock your body, while the air with a taste of salty rock passes through your skin and intoxicates your mouth with sea pearls.
No, the sea is not always poetry.
Today the sea that I contemplate is very awake, and its fast and strong waves can swallow all human thought that believes it can submerge itself in it.
Nevertheless, people worship and offer their bodies to Yemayá, the divinity of the seas, the mother of all the Orishas, and who represents the absolute power of motherhood.
Act of faith.
Perhaps she prays for a daughter.
I liked the black and white version, in a thousand ways it dignifies people's respect for certain things. I would say the great power of our mind, represented by our inner God
I have never walked alone on a beach -with a red flag, too- but I saw how people were trapped in enjoying their feet against the sand, their faces against the wind, and the blow of the salty sea tanning all their skin.
Have you seen these birds on the beach?
I can barely distinguish them in the photos, but they are there, camouflaged among the sand, some footprints, and the rarefied air of saltpeter and humidity.
They are beautiful, looks like cute little porcelain dolls marching in unison following the coming and going of the eternal waves, and fishing among the sands for some mollusk that is trying to breathe.
It is beautiful, I know. Even from my shore with dark and stormy clouds the sea feels liberating.
I remember my father saying that my eyes were greener and brighter facing the sea.**
But why do I get the feeling that this child is sad? Could it be that he feels alone?
Children love the sea, but he doesn't. I tried to make him smile, but I failed, I couldn't overcome his sadness... maybe if we had built a castle in the sand!
At the end of it all, and despite the storm far away in my heavens, I would have liked to breathe and capture all the murmur that the waves make when they crash against the sands of my chest, and if I had also known, that walking alone along the shore healed the soul: Yemayá would have accepted my 50 thousand and one maternal vows a long time ago.
All photos were taken with my Xiaomi Redmi 9 C cell phone.
I edited all the photos to highlight lights and some colors that add depth.

I was very impressed by the third picture, sky and sea, a marvel!!!!😍
Yes, in my lousy appreciation it is the strongest photo.
When I saw her it gave me the impression that she was introducing herself to the sea, or talking to the.... later her gestures were quite expressive and a friend of hers confirmed it to me.
I had only seen that in some Cuban movies.
Thank you friend, a hug for you.
A big hug, have a nice day!🤗
You got some good photos there and applied interesting edits. Nice place and captures!

wow, what a beautiful place.
It really is a beautiful place, too bad the weather did not let me enjoy it in its entirety.
Hush, you're a great photographer! I love these shots. Especially the black and white of the woman in the water. It's very evocative.

The eyes appreciate many things, but your soul more.
You are a sunshine.

Less that 2% of the world has green eyes, did you know that? Welcome to the club. What beach is that?
Excellent images. No need to apologize. Ever since they made these phones take pictures, we're all one click away from being pro.
I'm not doubting the technology but my visual perspective -
less than 2% have green eyes? Seems like an interesting stat, and no, I didn't know that, so are we a different few more beautiful 😁?
Thank you for your kindness.
What great pictures you took with your cell phone, I really like the way you see the beach and all that it transmits, thank you for this beautiful post.
Thank you very much.
This beach is one of the most beautiful in my country, but on the days I visited it there was a tropical storm that did not let us enjoy the blue sea and the whitest sands of the Caribbean Sea.
It is really a very beautiful spectacle.
I really like your story through photos. The sea is always poetry for me, even when it is rough.
Thanks for telling me that...my respects to you.
The sea is the best and the worst of shows.

🤗 hug.
Enjoy the photographic art. It is to feel and experiment.
Muy bonitas fotografías ❤️
Me alegra mucho que te hayan gustado @americaru.

I love how the sea are captured on that and I think you're professional hehe
Thank you for your appreciation...😅 but I was just there on the beach taking pictures to everything I liked....😂
Thank you.
It has been a long time since my sight was lost in the immensity of the sea. It is close to me and I have not gone to see it. It is an ordinary sea, with no white sandy beaches to show off, but with the same salty breeze that distinguishes any sea. Your photos made me nostalgic for that sea and the time when we were very close.
How strange, a sad boy by the sea! I imagined many reasons for that sadness, so great, that not even the sea can take it away. 🌷
I
didn't know you had a sea so close!
Maybe if I lived near the sea I wouldn't be so impressed, but if I didn't miss the opportunity to go and look at it from time to time, it's always a refreshing experience.
This boy was always serious, he wasn't tense either, but he was very withdrawn in his things, is it normal for him to be like that? Lots of technology all to himself, cell phone, cell phone, cell phone, cell phone.
Thanks @leopard0, nuevamente sufrimos de unos apagones demasiado largos y oscuros.
