Hello, dear hiver!❤️

When one day doesn't go well I go with my plants. It relaxes me, and clears my mind. I simply avoid thinking and focus on the earth, the green of the leaves, the new stems, the color of the flowers, the beauty of how together they form a beautiful landscape.

But when it's night, everything gets dark. Some of my plants close their leaves in preparation for another day. The light is poor, I can't work on the land because I run the risk of being bitten by an insect. I know that they are also necessary for him poses, however, hey, how it hurts to sting!

So at night not much to do in the garden today, just plan for the next day. And something else, which I love, photos of my plants.

I went to the gallery to see some photos, I wanted to post one on inleo, until this idea came up for my post. Because plants do magic, the kind that only they can do.

They even change your day, they combine with technology to make you happy with a photo.

My plants accompany me when I want to cry in silence, alone and calm. It's been strange, I know, but sometimes there are times when you just want to get out what you feel.

And activities like watering the plants, working the land, or breaking down in tears, free me so much. Today's world has a lot of pressure, so many things to do, goals, goals, goals, expectations.

So, disconnecting from the world, to connect with yourself, is also satisfying.

Cuando un día no va bien me voy con mis plantas. Me relaja, y despeja la mente. Simplemente, evito pensar y me concentro en la tierra, el verde de las hojas, los nuevos tallos, el color de las flores, la belleza de como juntas forman un lindo paisaje.

Pero, cuando es de noche, todo oscurece. Algunas de mis plantas cierran sus hojas preparándose para otro día. La luz es escasa, no pedo trabajar en la tierra porque corro el peligro de que un insecto me pique. Sé que ellos también son necesarios para él plantea, sin embargo, ¡oye, como duele que piquen!

Así que de noche no hoy mucho que hacer en el jardín, solo planificar para el día siguiente. Y algo más, que me encanta, fotos de mis plantas.

Mis plantas me acompañan cuando quiero llorar en silencio, sola y tranquila. Ha sido algo extraño, lo sé, pero, a veces hay momentos en los que solo quieres sacar lo que sientes.

Y actividades como regar las plantas, trabajar la tierra, o, romper en llanto, me liberan tanto. El mundo actual tiene mucha presión, tantas cosas por hacer, metas, metas, metas, expectativas.

Así que, desconectarse del mundo, para conectarte contigo, es también satisfactorio.
