Technologies are becoming more and more advanced so we must help from home to promote and improve the quality of life of the elderly, older people who are increasingly vulnerable and their quality of life is more deteriorated because in many cases we do not take them into account.

From my experience
My grandmother was 79 years old, and it was difficult for her to get up from the couch with great difficulty, until one day she decided to take her to what in Cuba are called grandparents' circles, twice a week, this eventually allowed her to improve her quality of life, her motor functions improved so much that she was able to do push-ups that my mother could not.
But she got to know different parts of the country through this circle, because of the excursions she made and she kept taking the great-grandchildren to school.
Her quality of life lasted and grew and she passed away at the age of 95.
I believe that we all can and should do our bit, contribute and encourage the care of adults and their quality of life because from there we would be contributing to our future, if old age is also a future that we must materialize and not see as something uncertain.

Eso es muy cierto salir y participar en actividades, ejercitarse se torna cada vez más a medida que vamos avanzando con los años. Tu abuela tomo una muy buena decisión que le permitió mejorar su salud física, mental y emocional.
