He estado pensando qué publicar que no hayan expresado los creadores que han participado en la iniciativa que propuso la amiga @damarysvibra y, pienso que mi amor por la naturaleza, los animales y el medio ambiente en general me hizo dejar mis criterios en torno a la responsabilidad que debemos tener con lo que nos da todo lo que necesitamos para vivir.

A cada momento escucho noticias que me ponen la piel de gallina sobre talas de árboles, vertimiento de sustancias tóxicas en los mares, barriles de petróleos que se derramaron y mataron miles de especies.

Otro tanto ocurre cuando voy a una playa y veo la cantidad de basura que dejan las personas en la arena o las botellas, vasos de plástico que dejan en las aguas del mar. Lo mismo sucede con la basura que tiramos en la calle.

Muchas veces no sabemos que la naturaleza está pidiendo a gritos que la cuidemos porque explotará y no podrá proveernos de todo lo que necesitamos para vivir.

Ante esto y otros problemas que veo a diario, me pregunto:

¿Somos conscientes de lo importante que es proteger a la naturaleza?

¿Qué efecto tienen las guerras en la naturaleza?

¿Qué futuro le estamos dejando a los niños con este deterioro permanente del medio ambiente?

¿Qué podemos hacer de manera responsable para salvar al planeta?

Debo decir que nos falta mucha responsabilidad para interactuar con el medio ambiente. Y, esto lo digo con conocimiento de causa, porque todos los ejemplos de contaminación que escribe más arriba, la tala de árboles, las guerras entre países y muchos ejemplos más están diciendo a gritos de lo irresponsables que somos los seres humanos.

Y, lo peor es que le estamos legando una naturaleza enferma a las futuras generaciones, porque de todas esas heridas la naturaleza tarda en sanar y de otras no logra recuperarse jamás.

En la escuela los profesores que trataron estos temas me enseñaron lo importante que es proteger la naturaleza y las acciones que podemos hacer los seres humanos para ayudar a su conservación y desarrollo.

Son acciones sencillas, pero, causan un impacto muy grande en la naturaleza y están al alcance de nosotros.

Siembre una planta. Esta es de las más importantes por todo lo que ayuda a la protección medioambiental. Además, protege al suelo y al aire.

And the worst part is that we are bequeathing a sick nature to future generations, because nature takes a long time to heal from all these wounds and never recovers from others.

At school, the teachers who taught these topics taught me how important it is to protect nature and the actions we humans can take to help conserve and develop it.
