Hola hola, saludos a todos los líderes de @holos-lotus, les deseo una feliz semana, hoy en nuestra columna de Liderazgo, deseo profundizar en algunos beneficios que me ha otorgado crecer en mi Autoliderazgo.

Debemos comprender que todos somos líderes y todo empieza contigo, todo empieza de adentro hacia afuera.

Todo tenemos, dones, habilidades, talentos, capacidades, experiencias de vidas únicas y es importante que lo reconozcas.

Aceptar y reconocer todo aquello que te hace único y especial, te ayudará a conectarte con tu grandeza y podrás expresarte y liderar desde allí.

De lo contrario, si decides verte como alguien pequeño, escaso, con poco talento, insuficiente, te conectas desde el miedo, la víctima y la mentira, porque no eres nada de eso.

Desde esa grandeza podrás aportar más valor y ser de impacto para tu familia y tu entorno, tu decides desde donde deseas liderar.

Recuerda siempre, eres fuerte y valiente, tienes todo lo que necesitas dentro de ti, parece sencillo, pero la autoconversación a través de las dificultades es la verdadera magia de la vida y del progreso. Importante tener tus propios mantras que te ayuden a elevarte cada día. El diálogo interior puede ayudarte a construir tu mejor vida o a destruirla, ser tu mejor amigos
y aliado es el primer paso.

Confianza y empoderamiento en tus propias habilidades, dones, y talentos. Te recomiendo realizar un ejercicio que te ayudará a ver tu historia de vida y las habilidades y talentos que has acumulado.
Se llama línea del tiempo:

En una hoja blanca, en mitad de la hoja trazar una línea en horizontal y dividirla en segmentos, en cada segmento anotaras desde tus 5 años hasta el día de hoy en periodos de 10 años. Y debajo de cada etapa anotaras tus grandes logros, estudios, experiencias que marcaron tu vida.

Este ejercicio te ayudará a ver tu vida de manera objetiva y simplemente evidenciar todo lo bueno que traes y cómo puedes aplicarlo hoy en día .

Incremento en las habilidades de comunicación y relaciones personales.

Mejora en las capacidades de toma de decisiones, tendrás mayor autoridad en tu vida y firmeza a la hora de elegir nuevos caminos.

Conexión profunda contigo mism@ vivir desde una autoconciencia y autenticidad plena de sentido.

Fortalecimiento de relaciones y trabajo en equipo, las relaciones en el trabajo estarán enfocadas en la cooperación, ayuda, servicio.

Aplicar principios prácticos en liderazgo cada día me ha ayudado a mi rediseño. Estar atentos a nuestros pensamientos, la gestión mental y emocional son clave para nuestro avance y sobre todo para surfear los problemas y dificultades

Importante no te tomes tan en serio los problemas y las circunstancias, son transitorios y no definen quién eres.

A veces lo único que necesitamos es FE para avanzar a una nueva temporada.

We must understand that we are all leaders and it all starts with you, it all starts from the inside out.

We all have gifts, skills, abilities, talents, capabilities, unique life experiences and it is important that you recognize this.

Always remember, you are strong and brave, you have everything you need inside you, it seems simple, but self-talk through difficulties is the true magic of life and progress. Important to have your own mantras that help you to uplift yourself every day. Inner dialogue can help you build your best life or destroy it, being your best friend and ally is the first step.

On a white sheet of paper, in the middle of the sheet draw a line horizontally and divide it into segments, in each segment you will write down from your 5 years to the present day in 10-year periods. And under each stage you will write down your great achievements, studies, experiences that marked your life.

This exercise will help you to see your life objectively and simply evidence all the good things you bring and how you can apply them today.

Applying practical principles in leadership every day has helped me in my redesign. Being attentive to our thoughts, mental and emotional management are key to our advancement and above all to surfing the waters of the future.

Important don't take problems and circumstances so seriously, they are transitory and do not define who you are.
