Hola querida comunidad @holos-lotus, la amiga @damarysvibra nos exhorta a hacer un balance del año en esta navidad sobre aquello que proyectamos y que hemos logrado, aprendiendo a manejarnos en los 3 tiempos pasado, presente y futuro.

Estamos en época de Navidad, y ésta siempre llega con una energía especial, una mezcla de memoria, pausa y esperanza. No importa cuántas veces la hayamos vivido, cada diciembre parece abrir una puerta simbólica que nos invita a mirar hacia adentro. Es por eso que es un momento tan propicio para el crecimiento personal y para replantear nuestros sueños, especialmente aquellos relacionados con algún emprendimiento.

Emprender no es solo una cuestión de ideas nuevas, estrategias y metas por cumplir, es un proceso profundamente humano. Comienza en nosotros, en nuestra historia, en lo que ya hemos superado y en aquello que aún queremos transformar. Por eso este ejercicio de revisar nuestro crecimiento personal desde la perspectiva del pasado, presente y futuro en esta época de Navidad es tan satisfactorio, porque nos recuerda que somos un camino en construcción.

Cada vez que puedo me gusta leer sobre temas de crecimiento personal, hace algún tiempo leí sobre la teoría U de Otto Scharmer (MIT), un enfoque que combina liderazgo, innovación y transformación profunda. Según la cual no solo debemos crear un proyecto sino transformarnos en aquella persona capaz de llevar a cabo ese proyecto. Se llama así porque plantea un camino en forma de U que atraviesa el pasado, el presente y el futuro con el objetivo de dejar atrás aquello que no sirve, conectarte con lo esencial y permitir que las nuevas ideas emerjan.

Existen muchas teorías al respecto pero todas las que he leído concuerdan en la importancia de manejarnos en los tres tiempos.

¿Qué es el pasado? Es donde están las raíces, mirar al pasado no es quedarse atrapado en él. Es reconocer de dónde venimos, qué aprendizajes hemos acumulado, qué heridas quedaron como cicatrices de sabiduría y qué pequeños triunfos marcaron la diferencia.

La Navidad suele despertar recuerdos, aromas de la infancia, personas que ya no están, momentos que parecían eternos. Y aunque a veces esos recuerdos pueden ser nostálgicos, también traen una claridad muy útil para el crecimiento personal. En el camino del emprendimiento el pasado es importante porque nos muestra lo que funcionó y lo que no, que miedos logré superar y las decisiones que nos hicieron crecer. Todo esto constituye la fortaleza que hemos construido sin darnos cuenta. El balance de lo que hemos conseguido viene a ser el terreno donde vamos a poner nuevas semillas. Es aquí donde pienso quedarme con aquello que me hizo crecer, sin echar culpas, sino de una forma clara y consciente dejare atrás todo aquello que constituya un peso, o miedo y los hábitos que frenan la constancia. Este aprendizaje me hace ver también que no debo guiarme por las expectativas de otros, sino aquellas más realistas y con posibilidades reales de alcanzar.

El presente, ésta es la etapa más poderosa de las tres, ya que es el único lugar donde realmente podemos actuar

Diciembre tiene algo mágico, nos obliga a detenernos un momento. Es un mes que huele a pausa, a reflexión, a respiro.

Y es en ese respiro donde encontramos el presente, ese pequeño espacio donde las decisiones se vuelven verdaderas.

Para crecer y emprender, el presente es la base. Porque es aquí donde preguntamos:

¿Qué estoy haciendo hoy que me acerque a lo que deseo?

¿Qué hábitos, por pequeños que sean, podrían mejorar mi camino?

¿Qué conversaciones necesito tener conmigo mismo?

¿Qué puedo agradecer ahora mismo?

La gratitud, especialmente en estas fechas, actúa como un recordatorio de lo que ya tenemos y de lo que somos capaces de construir desde ahí. El presente es acción y consciencia. Es aprender a valorar incluso esos avances pequeños. Es aquí donde se debe aprender a escuchar, a identificar necesidades reales, hábitos sostenibles, se crea disciplina. Hay que recordar que sin presencia no hay claridad y sin claridad no hay emprendimiento que sobreviva.

Por último tenemos el futuro, una página en blanco llena de posibilidades.

Cuando el año se acerca a su final, inevitablemente pensamos en el futuro. No como una predicción, sino como una invitación. La Navidad es un tiempo de esperanza que nos impulsa a soñar un poco más alto, a vernos como nuevas versiones de nosotros mismos.

En el ámbito del emprendimiento, el futuro es el terreno de la creatividad. Nos permite visualizar, qué proyecto queremos iniciar o mejorar, qué habilidades queremos aprender, cuál cambio estamos dispuestos a hacer y cuál es el tipo de vida que queremos construir a largo plazo.

El futuro no es una presión; es una posibilidad. Una brújula. Un recordatorio de que lo mejor de nosotros aún está en proceso de nacer.

Por eso estas fechas son tan valiosas, porque unen esos tres tiempos en un mismo abrazo. El pasado nos da raíces, el presente nos ofrece acción y el futuro nos llena de propósito. Pienso que todo eso junto es la esencia del crecimiento personal.

Y cuando lo llevamos al terreno del emprendimiento, descubrimos que no se trata solo de tener un proyecto, sino de convertirnos en una versión más auténtica y valiente de nosotros mismos.

Cada sueño necesita memoria, decisión y esperanza. Y la Navidad, con toda su luz, nos recuerda que esas tres fuerzas conviven dentro de nosotros. Recuerda siempre que tú eres tu proyecto más importante.

Es preciso aprender a honrar tu pasado, actuar en tu presente y abrazar tu futuro con la misma calidez con la que llegan estas fechas. Porque emprender no solo es crear algo nuevo afuera, sino construir algo mejor adentro. Es increíble cómo podemos aprender haciendo estas reflexiones. Cuando comencé a escribir pensé terminar diciendo que No haría un balance de los proyectos del 2025 porque realmente no ha habido mucho que contar, cuan equivocado estaba al ver que si lo hay. Solo les puedo asegurar una cosa y es que Hive se ha convertido en una de las fuentes de crecimiento personal en mi vida y sobre todo esta comunidad @holos-lotus

We are in the Christmas season, and it always arrives with a special energy, a mix of memory, pause and hope. No matter how many times we have lived it, every December seems to open a symbolic door that invites us to look inward. That is why it is such a favorable moment for personal growth and for rethinking our dreams, especially those related to some entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship is not only a matter of new ideas, strategies and goals to achieve, it is a deeply human process. It begins within us, in our history, in what we have already overcome and in what we still want to transform. That is why this exercise of reviewing our personal growth from the perspective of the past, present and future in this Christmas season is so satisfying, because it reminds us that we are a path under construction.

Whenever I can I like to read about personal growth topics, some time ago I read about Otto Scharmer’s U theory (MIT), an approach that combines leadership, innovation and deep transformation. According to which we should not only create a project but transform ourselves into the person capable of carrying out that project. It is called that because it proposes a U-shaped path that goes through the past, present and future with the aim of leaving behind what no longer serves, connecting with the essential and allowing new ideas to emerge.

What is the past? It is where the roots are, looking at the past does not mean getting stuck in it. It is recognizing where we come from, what learning we have accumulated, what wounds remained as scars of wisdom and what small triumphs made the difference.

Christmas usually awakens memories, childhood aromas, people who are no longer here, moments that seemed eternal. And although sometimes those memories can be nostalgic, they also bring a very useful clarity for personal growth. On the path of entrepreneurship the past is important because it shows us what worked and what did not, what fears I managed to overcome and the decisions that made us grow. All of this constitutes the strength we have built without realizing it. The balance of what we have achieved becomes the ground where we will plant new seeds. It is here where I think I will stay with what made me grow, without throwing blame, but in a clear and conscious way I will leave behind everything that becomes a weight, or fear and the habits that hinder consistency. This learning also makes me see that I should not be guided by the expectations of others, but by those more realistic ones with real possibilities of being reached.

The present, this is the most powerful stage of the three, since it is the only place where we can really act

December has something magical, it forces us to stop for a moment. It is a month that smells of pause, reflection, and breath.

To grow and undertake, the present is the foundation. Because it is here where we ask:

What am I doing today that brings me closer to what I want?

What habits, however small, could improve my path?

What conversations do I need to have with myself?

Gratitude, especially on these dates, acts as a reminder of what we already have and what we are capable of building from there. The present is action and awareness. It is learning to value even those small advances. It is here where we must learn to listen, to identify real needs, sustainable habits, discipline is created. We must remember that without presence there is no clarity and without clarity there is no entrepreneurship that survives.

Finally we have the future, a blank page full of possibilities.
