5 life lessons I've learned at 20 years old

1- There are people who come into your life to teach you something or make you live some important experience and then they leave... And that's okay, not all the people you have in your life at this moment will stay all your life. And there is nothing wrong with that.

2- Since we were little women have been taught to hate our bodies, but just as we learned to hate it we can learn to love it. You will always be art and you can learn to appreciate yourself.

3- Healthy relationships don't just magically exist, they are built...And this applies to love relationships, friendships, work relationships, etc. I have questioned myself a lot about which relationships in my life are healthy and how I can continue to build healthy relationships... Even though it is not always easy.

4- There is no such thing as true "failure"... Because really when you feel you fail you are just learning, getting feedback to try again and improve. So, stop sabotaging yourself and start that project you want so much.

5- If there is one thing that is worth much more than education, money and contacts, it is discipline, good habits and perseverance. People who have these qualities (which I am working on developing) can be more successful than others and they are qualities that will serve you all your life.
