That's a nice writing and I see you're on the right path. Loving ourselves, accepting who we are is an important thing, but as you say, health always comes first. So being overweight and convincing ourselves that we are ok with it works for awhile, but when health problems start to come, something needs to be done and better to prevent the problems, rather that wait for them to appear.

That's right, wrong decisions may have their chance for a while, but sooner or later it brings consequences and in that self-love is better to avoid, and accept to be able to love ourselves conscious of what is best for us, and if we know that we are far from our own want to make that deep review in us to return to the best way, sometimes the evidence of our wrong actions are in front of us, we just have to remove a little of that bandage that covers our sanity and sanity.
