Me presento ante esta comunidad con los secretos que Guarda mi Matt de YOGA.

Antes que nada un Saludo a todos y un FELIZ Y PROSPERO AÑO NUEVO. Me llamo Yeraldys, mamà de dos niñ@s, profesional y estresada como toda mama de dos niños pequeños JAJA

Es por ello que mi Mat guarda tantos secretos y estrés y es mi regocijo pues se aguanta y trasmuta mis mas profundos suspiros.

Siempre tuve la curiosidad de Conocer que era el YOGA, y apenas la vida me brindo la oportunidad no lo dude ni un instante, ademas de que fue en un momento donde empece a sufrir de tiroides y tal desorden hormonal genera fuertes contracciones musculares y hasta dolores en los huesos, y que mejor manera de sanar que al Natural con la mente y el cuerpo para ayudar a tus células a renovarse.

Ciertamente tomo mis medicamentos pues cuando me puse muy mal era cero lo que podía hacer en todos los aspectos.

Lo mas importante del Yoga es que aprendes a escuchar tu cuerpo, sin importar la edad, ni si eres flaca o gorda, flexible o no, pues la voluntad y la constancia es lo que realmente te lleva a grandes progresos.

LA CLAVE DE ORO: "Saber escuchar tu cuerpo", porque no es forzar sino constancia, y te daras cuento como sorprendente mente avanzas, esto en cuanto a la flexibilidad de tu cuerpo.

Pero también se logran otros avances, y es en el área mental y de conciencia, empiezas a notar cosas o situaciones que antes o que por muchos años no veias, y es que su practica constante te ayuda a ser consciente y disfrutar de tu momento presente.

Y es que del yoga solo puedo decir cosas maravillosas, aunque yo solo soy una aficionada de su practica. En youtube consigues canales muy buenos desde lo mas basico hasta los mas avanzados, con la que mas practico es con ELENA MALOVA, tiene de todo, en especial para los dolores de cervical, espalda, cuello.

Si eres una mami activa con trajines escolares y deportivos de los hijos de mucha ayuda sera para tu resistencia física. Y si eres algo sedentaria pues aun mas lo necesitas para activar la circulación y dar actividad a tus músculos y cuerpo.

Este Palito de la felicidad (asi se llama esta mata en mi País Venezuela), era solo un palito, yo creía que estaba seco pero igual ahi lo deje, todos los días le echaba agua, y le hablaba, le decía que el si podía, y que deseaba le salieran sus hojitas, pasados muchos días no meses, le empezaron a crecer las hojas mas brillantes y hermosas. Eso ocurre cuando empiezas la practica, te escuchas y hablas a ti misma con frases bonitas.

No importa la edad, a toda edad ayuda pero cantidades industriales.

Lo importante es conocer tus limites o reconocer hasta donde puedes llegar en ese preciso momento.

Gracias de corazón si leíste hasta el final. Amo esta practica porque me ha ayudado en muchos de mis progresos a nivel personal y mental.

Y agradecida con esta plataforma porque es mucho lo que permite compartir y de gran valor para cada uno de Nosotros.

First of all Greetings to all and a HAPPY AND HAPPY NEW YEAR. My name is Yeraldys, mom of two children, professional and stressed as every mom of two small children HAHAHA.

That's why my Mat keeps so many secrets and stress and it is my joy because she endures and transmutes my deepest sighs.

I was always curious to know what YOGA was, and as soon as life gave me the opportunity I did not hesitate for a moment, besides it was at a time when I began to suffer from thyroid and such hormonal disorder generates strong muscle contractions and even pain in the bones, and what better way to heal than Natural with the mind and body to help your cells to renew.

I certainly take my medications because when I got really bad it was zero what I could do in all aspects.

The most important thing about Yoga is that you learn to listen to your body, no matter how old you are, no matter if you are skinny or fat, flexible or not, because willpower and perseverance is what really leads you to great progress.

THE GOLDEN KEY: "Knowing how to listen to your body", because it is not forcing but constancy, and you will realize how surprisingly you advance, this in terms of the flexibility of your body.

But other advances are also achieved, and it is in the mental area and consciousness, you begin to notice things or situations that before or that for many years you did not see, and its constant practice helps you to be aware and enjoy your present moment.

I can only say wonderful things about yoga, although I am only a fan of its practice. In youtube you can find very good channels from the most basic to the most advanced, the one I practice with the most is ELENA MALOVA, she has everything, especially for cervical, back and neck pains.

If you are an active mommy with school and sports activities for your children, it will be very helpful for your physical resistance. And if you are somewhat sedentary then you need it even more to activate the circulation and give activity to your muscles and body.

This stick of happiness (this is the name of this bush in my country Venezuela), was just a stick, I thought it was dry but I left it there, every day I poured water, and I talked to it, I told it that it could, and that I wished its leaves would grow, after many days, not months, the leaves began to grow brighter and more beautiful. That happens when you start the practice, you listen to yourself and talk to yourself with beautiful phrases.

It doesn't matter the age, at any age it helps but industrial quantities.

The important thing is to know your limits or to recognize how far you can go at that precise moment.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart if you read to the end. I love this practice because it has helped me in many of my progress on a personal and mental level.

And I am grateful to this platform because there is so much to share and of great value to each of us.

practicing yoga has given me benefits too. I love doing them for stretching and it's nice that you also pass down the knowledge to your children. By the way, don't hesitate to check out other posts and be more active as that would help with your profile exposure too.
