What are those cares that you think you “need” at this moment to improve your mental health or keep it in a good level of care?

The number one thing I need this moment to improve mental health is time.

It's taking me time to achieve permanent equanimity, and I need to wait for the work I am doing to get the results.

I need rest too.

Time, learning, effort and rest.

What do you do to be mentally well?

  1. I attend weekly classes online:

  2. I read 15 minutes a day.

  3. I meditate 2 to 3 times a day, around 30 minutes each.

  4. I consult with a Teacher for 1-on-1 guidance.

And I practice getting better at The Eight Fold Path.
