Así vamos por la vida cargando cosas que no necesitamos y que muchas veces lo hacemos para complacer o impresionar a los demás, a veces son patrones que aprendemos de otros, por ejemplo María Eugenia era así, por la influencia de su mamá, quien andaba siempre de punta en blanco, bien maquillada y con una faja bien apretada, moldeando su cintura, tal vez ella si lo necesitaba, por la edad, pero en la chica esto era algo innecesario; En aquel tiempo las pestañas postizas no estaban muy de moda, sino hubiesen sido parte de su ritual de belleza.

Y no quiero decir que maquillarse sea malo, pero si opino que a veces usamos exceso de maquillaje y accesorios que no necesitamos, que hasta a veces nos dificultan desenvolvernos con naturalidad, alguien que no tiene un vientre abultado, no tiene la necesidad de colocarse una faja bien ceñida al cuerpo, con la cual no podrá moverse, ni comer bien, hasta le impedirá respirar bien; Debemos centrar nuestra vida en tener y hacer cosas que necesitemos para sentirnos cómodos, no desde la perspectiva de causar una buena impresión en los demás.

De igual manera pasa cuando compramos cosas que no necesitamos, pero queremos demostrar que tenemos dinero para hacerlo, ni siquiera nos detenemos a pensar: ¿Necesito comprar esto?, lo llevamos y ya; Dejándonos dominar por el capitalismo de consumo en que vivimos, es algo de cultura, conductas repetitivas, de gastar dinero, que a veces no tenemos en cosas innecesarias, esto lo que demuestra es que somos consumidores insensatos, en mi opinión es necesario que seamos conscientes de que al adquirir cosas, lo debemos hacer para satisfacer nuestras necesidades y no nuestro ego.

Escribiendo me di cuenta que entre esas cosas innecesarias que tenemos en nuestras vidas, se encuentran emociones y sentimientos, como el rencor y el miedo, a veces cargamos con ellos y nos negamos a soltarlos, lo digo desde mi propia experiencia, ya que soy un poco rencorosa, me cuesta a veces perdonar, llevando sin necesidad esa carga en mi corazón; Que les digo del miedo, no es miedo de susto, es miedo a hacer las cosas, miedo a cambiar, cuantas cosas he dejado de hacer, por el miedo a equivocarme. Hoy me prometo soltar el rencor y el miedo, soltar esa carga innecesaria que solo trae infelicidad a mi vida.

And I do not mean that make-up is bad, but I do think that sometimes we use excessive makeup and accessories that we do not need, that sometimes even make it difficult for us to behave naturally, someone who does not have a bulging belly, does not need to wear a girdle tight to the body, with which you can not move, or eat well, even prevent you from breathing well; We must focus our lives on having and doing things we need to feel comfortable, not from the perspective of making a good impression on others.

In the same way it happens when we buy things we do not need, but we want to show that we have money to do it, we do not even stop to think: Do I need to buy this, we take it and that's it; letting ourselves be dominated by the consumer capitalism in which we live, it is something of culture, repetitive behaviors, spending money that sometimes we do not have on unnecessary things, this shows that we are foolish consumers, in my opinion it is necessary that we are aware that when we buy things, we must do it to satisfy our needs and not our ego.

Writing I realized that among those unnecessary things we have in our lives, there are emotions and feelings, such as resentment and fear, sometimes we carry them and we refuse to let them go, I say this from my own experience, as I am a little bit resentful, sometimes it costs me to forgive, unnecessarily carrying that burden in my heart; I tell you about fear, it is not fear of fear, it is fear of doing things, fear to change, how many things I have stopped doing, for fear of being wrong. Today I promise myself to let go of resentment and fear, to let go of that unnecessary burden that only brings unhappiness to my life.
