If you've ever played Capture the Flag in real life, you'll really like Psyber-X's Capture the Flag! Not even a week after releasing the multiplayer version of Psyber-X and we've already raised the stakes!

Three Game Modes

Capture the Flag

Because this is the newest one, let's knock it out first, shall we? In Capture the Flag, you have to go across a field with many obstacles blocking your view, but also allowing you to partially dodge your enemies' shrapnel. As you spark explosions that blast your opponent aside, their flag becomes exposed at their headquarters where you can now grab it and run back to your flag. If you get back unscathed, you get points. 3 flags captured by either team and the game is over. If you really want to raise the stakes, play against 9 or more bots on the opposing team. It will feel like you can't kill them fast enough to get to the flag. I suggest a grenade or throwing the Jolly Chimp.

Which way do you play? Run and Gun or hide in the tower picking off enemies so your teammates can grab the flag? You better keep 'em covered or they'll have to report back to your own base, starting the gauntlet from scratch.

Team Death Match

It's Team Alpha vs Team Beta. One team vs the other, so much like capture the flag, the only difference is, it's the number of kills that determines the win.

Battle can be brutal... It takes 30 kills to secure the victory. Here's a bot that's going to take advantage of me while I need to reload my weapon...NO MERCY!!!

Free For All

Between Capture the Flag and Free For All, it's a hard choice! It's nice to play on a team to infiltrate enemy lines and grab your prize, just to fear getting shot in the back; however, I really do like the "I'm in it for myself" feel of Free-For-All. It just makes victory taste all that much better.

It's great to lurk in the shadows and steer your opponent into your crosshairs:

There's something satisfying about ending your work day with a cold drink after popping off a couple of your fellow mates in a desolate land with amazing firepower behind those pew pews.

Are You Ready to Play Psyber-X?

If you're ready to play, there are 3 passes that will allow you that privilege currently. They are the Bronze, Silver, and Gold passes.

The Bronze pass is 1.5 avax to mint (less than $20 USD in today's value. Just a few months ago that would have been $50). It comes with a Legendary weapon and access to the pre-alpha/Alpha. There are a limited number of these passes, but this is a guaranteed way to get a Legendary NFT. @bobthebuilder2 bought one just for the weapon.

The Silver pass is 0.05 Eth and comes with 10 Psybercrates ($200 value), 2 Legendary Weapons (value depends on market), 1 Character (value depends on market), and access to play the pre-alpha/Alpha.

The Gold pass is 0.3 Eth and comes with 100 Psybercrates ($2000 value), 1 Character, 3 Weapons, and access to play the pre-alpha/Alpha and recognition as a Founder.
